The popular Pineview neighborhood consists of 188 homes built between 1993 and 1994 by Pulte Homes. The neighborhood features stucco exteriors with red tile roofs. Homes range from 1428 to 3309 square feet with three, four and five bedroom homes. The Pineview community has eight cul-de-sacs and 6.6 acres of greenbelts.
