Debi is a third-generation Phoenician that grew up in south Scottsdale with two younger brothers. She moved to Tempe to attain a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Arizona State University. Intel, her first professional job, is the reason that she moved to Chandler. In order to further her career, she received a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Her remarkable career in technology sales and marketing have included Xerox, Compaq (now HP) and Sun Microsystems (now Oracle). Debi was consistently among the top real estate agents at Coldwell Banker, where she started her real estate career in 1994. The extensive sales and marketing training and experience from these respected Fortune 500 companies plus her father’s (professor emeritus of marketing) advice and approach to business are continually applied to her full-time real estate career and can be attributed to her success.
